NJ Telemedicine and Telehealth Law Passed
The NJ Telemedicine Law was passed by both houses of the legislature and signed into law by Governor Christie on July 21, 2017. Even though NJ Board of Medical examiners rules or regulations have not yet been adopted as required by law, the law became effective immediately. This means that any practitioner who provides telemedicine or telehealth services must abide by the law as of July 21, 2017. Click here to learn more.
