Conventus’ Risk Management program is unique because it comes from the physicians themselves – the physicians who make up the Conventus Risk Management Committee guide the direction of the Risk Management program. Some insurers are beginning to dictate to their insured doctors what they can and cannot do in their practice. Conventus will never do that.
The Conventus Risk Management Department is available to all members at no charge. Here are just a few of the many services we provide:
- Conventus Consultation Center – An exclusive, 24/7 hotline helps members and their staff avoid potential litigation by giving advice on how to handle situations, and how to respond to legal inquiries. The hotline is FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, and WILL NOT impact your premium.
- On-Site Office Risk Assessment Consultations – After detailed on-site review, the Conventus Risk Management department provides your practice with a comprehensive, detailed report, including recommendations and practical tools for addressing any opportunities for improvement.
