growth and provide New Jersey physicians with stable, quality,
affordable medical malpractice insurance over the long term," Mr. Augustyn

"I am thrilled to be joining NIP Management Company to
focus on the growth of Conventus. Conventus is an
outstanding alternative to the commercial medical malpractice insurance
market. Physicians who join the Exchange will have greater control over
the direction of the company ensuring that they will have affordable
medical malpractice insurance coverage for many years to come."
Ms. Winters joins NIP with 25 years experience in various
senior positions in underwriting at Princeton Insurance Company. Most
recently she was AVP of Underwriting, responsible for both institutional
and individual physician medical malpractice business. Ms. Winters is a
member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, The New
Jersey Chapter of the CPCU Society and the Professional Liability
Underwriting Society.
"Though I have spent most of my career underwriting
medical malpractice insurance, I am very excited to become part of company
that is both owned and governed by its physician-members. The
Conventus approach is sorely needed in a market that has been
plagued by insurance companies with conflicting priorities.
Conventus has one main priority, providing stable coverage to New
Jersey physicians, so we will not be distracted by other issues."
