Albert
Talone, D.O., F.A.C.O.F.P.,
F.C.P.P., Chairperson of Board of
Governors has been a
New Jersey medical community leader for 25 years. He is
a past President of the New Jersey Association of
Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, Medical Director
for two medical groups and an associate professor at the
University for Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Talone is a
member of the American Osteopathic Association, the
Academy of Osteopathy and the Burlington County
Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. He
is a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia
and the American College of Osteopathic General
Practitioners. Dr. Talone completed his post-graduate
training at JFK Medical Center. He is a graduate of the
Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine, University
of Health Sciences, and the Philadelphia College of
Pharmacy and Sciences. |

Wendy
Warren, M.D., Vice-Chairperson of Board of
Governors graduated from
Cornell University Medical College and completed her
residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Thomas
Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. She received her subspecialty training in
Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Columbia University, College
of Physicians & Surgeons in New York. She is
certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and
Gynecology in these specialties. As a faculty member at
Columbia University, her research focused on placental
hormones and their association with preterm labor for
which she received numerous grants. She is currently in
practice in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Saint Barnabas
Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey.

Robert B. Hill, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a member
of the Dulles Agnew Surgical Society, the Association of
Military Surgeons of the U.S. and the Camden County
Medical Society. Dr. Hill was an Assistant Professor of
Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry,
Rutgers, and a U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander and
attending Staff Surgeon. He completed his internship and
residency in General Surgery at the Hospital of the
University of Pennsylvania and the Graduate Hospital in
Philadelphia. |

Michael H. Rieber, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a member of the New Jersey Orthopedic
Society, the Arthroscopy Association of North America,
the American College of Sports Medicine and the American
Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Rieber is an adjunct
professor at Seton Hall University’s School of Sports
Sciences. He completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine
at Pennsylvania State University/Hershey Medical Center,
and a residency in Orthopedic Surgery and internship in
General Surgery at Albany Medical Center. |

Michael G. Faust, M.D.,
F.A.C.O.G. graduated from the University of
Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his
residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr.
Faust is a member of the American College of
Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American
Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the American
Association of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, the
Medical Society of New Jersey and the Bergen County
Medical Society. Dr. Faust was Vice President of the
Thomas Jefferson University House Staff Association and
received the Miriam Simms Award for Resident Education
and the Thomas Jefferson University Franklin Award. He
is currently in practice at The Valley Hospital, where
he chairs a number of committees, including the Quality
Assurance and Improvement Committee. He is Managing
Partner for Valley Center for Women's
Health. |

Brett A. Garber, D.O. is a Board
Certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, who
graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine
and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He served his
residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine, where he achieved Chief General Surgical
Resident status. Dr. Garber is the Division Chief of
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Methodist Hospital
and instructs in plastic surgery at Thomas Jefferson
University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine. |

Russell L. Harrell, M.D.,
F.A.C.O.G. practices obstetrics and gynecology in the Toms
River, N.J. area, where he is a partner in North Dover
Ob-Gyn Associates. He received his medical degree from
the University of Maryland School of Medicine and served
his residency at Akron City Hospital. Dr. Harrell is
certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and
Gynecology, as well as the American Board of Quality
Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. He is the
Chair of the Community Medical Center Laser Committee
and sits on the Board of Trustees Quality Assurance
Committee. |

Marjorie E. Jones, M.D. graduated from UMDNJ medical school and served
her pediatric residency at New Jersey Medical Center.
She has practiced in the Teaneck, N.J. area for over 30
years, where she is very active in community affairs,
both in medical and civic capacities. She is Director
and Examining Physician at the Teaneck Health Department
and received the “Miracle Worker” Award for community
service from the United Way. She is a staff physician at
Holy Name and Englewood Hospitals and a member of
numerous national and state medical
associations. |

Jeffrey E. Levy, M.D. is a
graduate of the University of Guadalajara School of
Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at St.
Barnabas Medical Center. He maintains a private
pediatric practice and has been affiliated with St.
Barnabas since 1980, where he is Clinical Chairman of
the Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Levy is on the Board
of Trustees of the John LaConti M.D. Fund and the St.
Barnabas Metrowest IPA, as well as a member of the
executive committee at St. Barnabas Medical
Center. |

Clement A. Maccia, M.D., F.A.A.P.,
F.A.A.A.I. is a specialist in allergy and immunology in
private practice. A graduate of Bologna University
Medical School, Dr. Maccia served his residency in
pediatrics at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center. He has
served on the Board of Governors of Muhlenberg Regional
Medical Center and Solaris Health Systems and is widely
published in the field of allergy and immunology. Dr.
Maccia is a recipient of the American College of
Occupation and Environmental Medicine’s Adolph G.
Krammer Merit in Authorship Award and is a multiple
recipient of the American Medical Association’s
Continuing Education Award. |

Bevon D. Miele, M.D. is a
graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv
University and served his residency in internal medicine
at Morristown Memorial Hospital, and his nephrology
fellowship at the Tufts-New England Medical Center in
Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Miele holds attending
appointment at Hunterdon and Somerset Medical Centers.
He has taught various courses in Nephrology and Renal
Systems at Tufts University and Hunterdon Medical

Clifford J. Schob, M.D. is a
Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon licensed in NJ and
NY. He received his medical training at Robert Wood
Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. He completed
his orthopedic residency and served as Chief Resident at
Long Island Jewish Medical Center, NY. He completed a
fellowship in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery at
the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham,
Alabama under the direction of Dr. James Andrews. Dr.
Schob has been practicing in the Essex County area for
over 10 years and is the founding partner of
Comprehensive Orthopaedics, P.A. in Millburn, NJ. He is
a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons
and New Jersey Orthopaedic Society. |

Tariq S. Siddiqi, M.D.,
F.A.C.S. practices neurosurgery in Voorhees, NJ and is a
Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the
International College of Surgeons. Having graduated from
Dow Medical College, University of Karachi in Pakistan,
Dr. Siddiqi served his residency at the Civil Hospital,
Department of General Surgery. He went on to complete
neurosurgical residencies at Kings County Hospital,
Brooklyn, NY and Hahnemann University Hospital,
Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Siddiqi is Chief-Section of
Neurosurgery at Virtua, West Jersey Health System and
Attending Physician-Neurological Surgeon at Kennedy
Memorial and Underwood Memorial Hospitals. He holds
various governance positions in numerous professional

Paul M.
Starker, M.D., F.A.C.S.
is Board
Certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
Dr. Starker received his undergraduate education from
Harvard College and his medical degree from Columbia
College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York, and served
his residency at New York’s Presbyterian Hospital. Dr.
Starker is presently Chief of Surgery at Overlook
Hospital in Summit, NJ; Attending Surgeon at
Presbyterian Hospital and Overlook Hospital; and
Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Columbia
University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. In
2006, Dr. Starker was named a “Top Doctor” in New Jersey
and New York by multiple sources. He was also named one
of America’s Top-Rated Physicians in General Surgery and
received the “2003 Physician Excellence Award” from
Overlook Hospital. He is a fellow of the American
College of Surgeons. |

College of Osteopathic Medicine and served his residency
in Family Practice at Metropolitan Hospital,
Springfield, PA. He is certified by the American
Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and currently is
in private practice at Family Practice Associates in
Turnersville, NJ. Dr. Venuti is a member of the American
Osteopathic Association, the American College of General
Practice and the Tri-County Osteopathic
